Redesign “Detect” for clarity, efficiency, and user engagement
Figma, Adobe Suite
“Detect helps marketers understand real-time user behavior and send that data to other parts of the platform to trigger personalized offers or actions.”
In simple terms: ”If a user browses 3 recharge plans in 5 minutes”, Detect can catch that and send this info to the right system so a special recharge offer can be shown instantly.
Before i open Figma to revamp interface, i figured out how everything works. I started with a deconstruction of the old detect into user flows, and user flows – into separate data blocks, and cards. All to understand the role and meaning of every single design element.
For UX audit, the next move is to uncover user experience problems by research and analysis using usability heuristics. Below, you can see several cards investigated together with comments on problems detected.
To recreate the web app’s screens and user flows using design best practices, I started with raw wireframes. They helped to outline the arrangement of the elements on the future interface.
Later, raw sketches turned into high-fidelity wireframes, a series of thought-through screens that illustrate each element and the connections between them. After the concept got approved by the stakeholders team, i proceeded to the visual direction.
I brought together every element on the user interface – colors, shapes, layout – to create an intuitive user experience. This was the step when the product got its final polished look.
One of the key upgrades:
When a user types vague criteria (like “users who like cricket”), AI parses intent and offers real segment suggestions—making Detect helpful even for beginners.
Designing Detect wasn’t just a visual refresh, it was a rethinking of how complex behavior data can be turned into intuitive decisions.
By making the tool accessible, intelligent, and consistent, we made it not only usable, but delightful.
